Hello again!

I wanted to share this photo today also. This cake was made for a going away part for a lady who was leaving Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City. We called it "Stairway to Heaven". It is a 4-tiered white chocoloate fondant square cake. We used a special rose called "chocolate rose". These flowers are so beautiful.....they are coral and yellow and the tips are brownish red in color. The whole of the cake was adorned in fall colors. The corneli lace in the center of the stairs was piped in gold. The topper was made with fresh flowers and a large glod cross was at the top. The lady was moved to tears when she saw the cake. I stayed to help cut and serve. Everyone made comments on how good the cake looked as well as the taste. This was a fun cake!
